We pride ourselves in keeping our products truly all natural and organic! The Herb Nurse Skin products are different from most moisturizers and creams that are water based and diluted.  Most bacteria depend on water to grow,  which is why the majority of cosmetics and topical  skin creams need to contain preservatives. Because we pride ourselves in being an organic company, our skincare products do not contain water and are 100% oil based. This allows us to be able to not use unnecessary preservatives.  As well as getting more beneficial properties from the ingredients directly on your skin. Any preservatives used are naturally derived such as Rosemary extract or radish ferment.  Please keep our products in a cool place away from direct sun light, since the beeswax and oils will melt in the sun. If your product has been kept in the heat and has melted, you can place it in the refrigerator for  a 15 minutes and it will become solid again.  Sometimes during transport heat may cause beeswax or shea butter to crystalize when solidifying again.  The product is not spoiled in any way and is perfectly safe to use. It may causes a grainy appearance in the texture.  Customer satisfaction and consistency is our priority at The Herb Nurse.  However, all of our products are handmade using pure ingredients and traditional methods with  unrefined ingredients.  This may mean that batches may vary slightly in consistency and color at times. We hope that our customers truly appreciate our dedication to natural methods in our hopes to  keep our products in their most natural state as possible. 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY 

Because we take such great pride in our products we are sure you will be satisfied. However, if you are unhappy with a purchase for some reason, you may contact us for a refund or exchange for equal or lesser value within 10  business days of purchase minus $10.95 shipping and handling fee.  Return policy applies to The Herb Nurse products, however we only accept returns on CBD oil if the package has been UNOPENED and the seal is not broken.  Due to the nature of our products being organic, handmade personal care/supplement items, we cannot accept items  for return or exchange past 10 business days. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so the same day since we process orders the same day.  We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been shipped properly on our end to the address on the invoice.  Since our creams our preservative free, the average shelf life for our creams is around 6 months when stored properly. If it looks and smells fine, then it is generally okay to use with your good judgement. CBD oil is non-returnable once it has been opened and used.  Unfortunately, high amounts of fraudulent returns via online sales nationally require us to enforce this our policy. Refunds will be issued once the product has been shipped back and we have received it. 

We are happy to say, we have yet to have an unhappy customer who was not satisfied with our CBD and Skincare products.  If  you are truly unsatisfied with your purchase we are always open to feedback,  since customer satisfaction is of upmost importance.  We will try to accommodate and resolve the issue as best as possible.  By purchasing via this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
